Booking Information
We do realise that when organising events such as weddings and parties, there will be a great many things you need to think about! We would like to make this process as quick and simple as possible and as a professional 8-piece function band there are a few things you will need to check before we can quote you an exact fee and confirm your booking. If you are interested in booking Turntable then please note that the band ask that you/the venue can provide the following:
We have all our own PA, sound and lighting equipment which will be more than adequate for most function venues. We can also provide additional lighting/PA for bigger events if required. If your venue has a sound limiter/decibel meter, please let us know so that we are able to adjust our setup and liaise with the venue to suit its requirements.
Please note that if you intend to book Turntable for an event which is outdoors then sufficient protection from the elements/an alternative performance venue will be required in the event of bad weather!
Turntable are a member of the Alliance of Musicians & Performers and have fully valid public liability insurance - please click on the link at the bottom of this page for immediate online verification and full details. All of our equipment has been PAT tested and a certificate can be provided upon request.

- A performance space which can comfortably accommodate an 8-piece band and all instruments/speakers (approx. 4 x 5 metres);
- A power supply with no less than four independent 13-amp mains sockets;
- A secure 'backstage' space where we can keep our personal belongings/get changed;
- Parking with good access to the venue for at least six vehicles.
- A substantial meal/soft drinks for 8 band members during the evening.
